"Get a sugar kick from this festive sweet treat!"

  • 60g Unsalted Butter

  • 240ml Condensed Milk

  • 60ml Treacle

  • 135g Brown Sugar

  • 300g White Chocolate

  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • 1/4tsp Ground Cloves

  • Optional: Mini Gingerbread Men or Christmas Sprinkles


  • Baking Tin

  • Greaseproof Paper

  • Saucepan

  • Wooden Spoon

  • Weighing Scales

  • Jug

  1. Grease your baking tin, line it with greaseproof paper and set it aside

  2. Put your saucepan on the lowest heat and add the butter, condensed milk, treacle and brown sugar

  3. Keep stirring the ingredients until all the sugar has dissolved

  4. Once the sugar dissolves, turn the heat up to medium and keep stirring while it simmers until it starts thickening

  5. Remove it from the heat and stir in squares of your white chocolate and the vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

  6. Return the mixture to the heat and stir until everything is melted and mixed in

  7. Pour the mixture into the baking tin. If you are adding toppings, add these now

  8. Put the tin in the fridge and leave the fudge to set for around 4 hours, or overnight

  9. Cut into squares
